Pricing and Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Vehicle Owner Responsibilities
By requesting our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the legal owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to request towing services

- You will remove all valuable personal belongings from the vehicle before towing

Limitation of Liability
Jacksonville FL Towing exercises reasonable care in handling all vehicles. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to vehicles
- Damage caused by mechanical failure or defects in the vehicle
- Loss or damage to personal property left in vehicles
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Vehicle Storage
If your vehicle is stored at our facility, storage fees will apply and will be communicated to you. Vehicles left in storage for extended periods may be subject to lien laws in accordance with Florida state regulations. You are responsible for retrieving your vehicle in a timely manner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a service request after our tow truck has been dispatched, you may be subject to a service call fee. Cancellations made before dispatch will not incur any charges.
Insurance
Jacksonville FL Towing maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. However, we recommend that vehicle owners maintain their own comprehensive auto insurance coverage.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jacksonville FL Towing, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Duval County.
